Abstract: 

The article considers the main aspects of using the tools of the system organization of LOGISTICS flow MANAGEMENT in the field of tourism, in terms of digitalization of LOGISTICS services. The research is based on experience in the transformation of the tourist product, it is perception by consumers, modern technologies, digital channels and LOGISTICS tools. The analysis showed that the organization of tourism based on a systematic approach, when service providers, tour operators, travel agencies and end users are elements of a single information system. The essential features of tourism LOGISTICS considered, basic tactics and tools related to the concept of digital LOGISTICS service. It established that digital tools of LOGISTICS services implemented with the identification of the main tourist services: food, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, recreation and entertainment, education, MANAGEMENT and research.

Abstract: 

در دنیای رقابتی امروز با توجه به ویژگی های محیط های جدید تولیدی و طبیعت مشتریان، دیگر شیوه های مدیریت تولید گذشته که دارای یکپارچگی کمتری در فرایندها می باشد، کارایی خود را از دست داده است و امروزه شرکت ها نیازمندند تا یکپارچگی را در تمام فرایندهای تولید- از مواد خام گرفته تا مصرف کننده نهایی- داشته باشند. مدیریت زنجیره تامین به عنوان یک رویکرد یکپارچه برای مدیریت مناسب جریان مواد و کالا، اطلاعات و جریان پول، توانایی پاسخگویی به این شرایط را دارا است. مدیریت زنجیره تامین دارای سه فرایند عمده و اصلی شامل: مدیریت اطلاعات، مدیریت لجستیک و مدیریت روابط می باشد.لجستیک الکترونیکی، استفاده از فناوری وب برای پشتیبانی از فرآیندهای حمل، نگهداری و انبارداری می باشد، که موجب می شود مسیرهای توزیع بهینه و به همگام شوند. لجستیک الکترونیکی، مجموعه اقداماتی است که بر روی شبکه اینترنت صورت گرفته و کارخانجات پراکنده، کامیون ها، کشتی ها، انبارها و کاربران نهایی را در زمان به هنگام، به یک دیگر مرتبط می سازد. مجموعه اقدامات زنجیره تامین، تمایل به پراکندگی در قسمت های مختلف شرکت دارند و لجستیک الکترونیکی بر روی یکپارچگی عملکردهای متعدد شرکت، پافشاری می ورزد.اکنون، کلمه لجستیک الکترونیکی به عنوان رکن جدایی ناپذیر کسب و کار الکترونیکی درآمده است. لجستیک الکترونیکی در جهت پشتیبانی از نسل جدید مدلهای کسب و کار الکترونیکی برایB2C ،B2B  و ظهور فروشگاه های الکترونیکی درحال توسعه می باشد و این تحولی است که از سال 2002 بوجود آمده است. در این مقاله ابتدا به تعریف لجستیک پرداخته خواهد شد و سپس تاریخچه لجستیک الکترونیکی آورده می شود، پس از آن لجستیک الکترونیکی، عملکرد و خصوصیات آن، روند توسعه آن و در نهایت عمکرد آن در زنجیره تامین مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

Background: With the rapid development of health services, the progress of medical science and technology, and the improvement of materials research, the consumption of medical consumables (MCs) in medical activities has increased in recent years. However, owing to the lack of effective MANAGEMENT methods and the complexity of MCs, there are several MANAGEMENT problems including MC waste, low MANAGEMENT efficiency, high MANAGEMENT difficulty, and frequent medical accidents. Therefore, there is urgent need for an effective LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT model to handle these problems and challenges in hospitals.Methods: We reviewed books and scientific literature (by searching the articles published from 2010 to 2015 in Engineering Village database) to understand supply chain related theories and methods and performed field investigations in hospitals across many cities to determine the actual state of MC LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT of hospitals in China.Results: We describe the definition, physical model, construction, and LOGISTICS operation processes of the supply, processing, and distribution (SPD) of MC LOGISTICS because of the traditional SPD model. With the establishment of a supply-procurement platform and a LOGISTICS lean MANAGEMENT system, we applied the model to the MC LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT of Anhui Provincial Hospital with good effects.Conclusion: The SPD model plays a critical role in optimizing the LOGISTICS procedures of MCs, improving the MANAGEMENT efficiency of LOGISTICS, and reducing the costs of LOGISTICS of hospitals in China.

Abstract: 

Background: Iran is an earthquake-prone country, and a considerable rural population lives in earthquake-prone areas. With many worn-out areas, incompetent houses, and relatively underdeveloped rural areas, it is necessary to pay special attention to risk reduction and subsequent measures in these areas. Materials and Methods: Among the current methods, HAZUS is one of the most common methods in estimating potential losses in an earthquake. We used it to calculate the buildings’ estimated losses in the earthquake based on the instructions. Because one of the main issues in disaster MANAGEMENT is to choose locations for emergency or temporary settlement of population affected by the distracter, this research tries to carry this out based on the derived results from the damage using fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). After reviewing the previous studies and the experts’ opinions, the major and minor criteria affecting the selection of temporary settlement locations were identified. Results: Results suggested that using the damage rate of the studied buildings in the studied area and after choosing six priorities in the pilot village of Vaneshan, priority number 1 was chosen as the best option for temporary settlement in this village. Ultimately, the required items for the evacuees were determined by using the standards of supplying the essentials for the evacuees. Conclusion: Regarding the study area, the results of the damage analysis of the area show that the rate of damage with extensive and complete levels in the villages is very high, which leads to a large number of homeless people with the urgent need to provide adequate shelter. This endower requires a lot of money, and the relevant managers should already be thinking about finding financial resources for it. This issue is not only related to the study area and applies to the whole of Iran.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: This study aims to study the most important indicators related to resistance economy. According to the studies conducted, interviews with experts and professors of the university, a conceptual model was introduced to identify the factors affecting the MANAGEMENT of LOGISTICS costs in police. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of resistance economy on LOGISTICS cost MANAGEMENT in police. Methodology: The present research has been done in terms of applied purpose, descriptive method and survey. Its statistical population includes 73 senior financial experts in police. They have been selected in full. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was calculated by taking the opinion of experts, supervisors and consultants and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha test (0. 887). In order to analyse the data, statistical methods of regression using SPSS software Findings: According to the results of linear regression, each of the dimensions of the resistance economy affects the MANAGEMENT of police LOGISTICS costs. Conclusion: The results of the study according to the analysis of variance of multiple regression showed that the purchase of domestic products, consumption MANAGEMENT and cost savings in public spending are effective on the MANAGEMENT of police LOGISTICS costs. But consumption MANAGEMENT has a greater impact on the MANAGEMENT of police LOGISTICS costs.

Abstract: 

Distributions such as Bose-Einstein, Maxwell Boltzmann, Lag Normal, and exponential have been used to describe income of the low-and middle sections of society. The Pareto distribution also have been used to describe the income of the wealthy section of society. Due to the complexity of these models, it is difficult to estimate macroeconomic indicators. Also, one of other disadvantage of these models is non-uniformity for all income levels. In this study, the cumulative logistic and Fermi-Dirac distribution were used for two categories of rural and urban data sets in the Iranian economy between 2009 to 2019. The results show that the proposed model was perfectefor all income levels in rural and urban areas at different times very well and covers all parts of the income distribution. Interpretation of Dirac Fermi distribution parameters and the correlation and significant relationship of these parameters with macroeconomic indicators show the superiority of Dirac Fermi distribution compared to LOGISTICS distribution.

Abstract: 

Explaining the role of LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT in managing the crisis requires a coherent and functional model design. The model is designed to illustrate the actions of the police LOGISTICS in four stages during the crisis (before start, during, and after) in order to implement effective risk MANAGEMENT is an important step in the LOGISTICS crisis MANAGEMENT and standardization Police logistical measures are necessary . A way in which all of the requirements and processes of LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT in a crisis situation in terms of command and control and systems thinking and structured without personal taste, based on documents, is integrated. The main objective of this study is to provide a model for the standardization of police logistic actions in crisis MANAGEMENT of natural and effective MANAGEMENT of time-based actions. So as to be able to take advantage of LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT to an appropriate level of situational awareness to qualify level coordination and guidance of LOGISTICS services and operational command and control in order to establish effective sustainable security crisis, conveyed by the chain of command, . The research method in this study was library and documentary and exploiting scientific source and the successful experiences of experts. The results of this study led to the correction of the LOGISTICS processes of natural disasters, which ultimately based police, police LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT system (PICO) consists of four fundamental principle, inventories and warehousing, positioning troops and equipment, routing and transport, and information MANAGEMENT the four stages of the crisis (to identify or track marks, preparedness and prevention, response inhibition and destruction, improvement and learning) by applying the appropriate command and control is provided in each of its stages.
